Apart from the Board of Directors, there is a School Board that oversees the day-to-day operations and ensures the smooth functioning of the institution.
The Manager is responsible for managing the overall day-to-day operations of the school.
They are directly involved in handling academic issues, curriculum development, and student welfare.
Each department in the school is led by a Head of Department who oversees the teaching and learning activities within their respective subjects.
The school has a dedicated team of over 30 teaching staff members. These qualified and experienced educators are passionate about imparting knowledge and fostering academic growth in students.
In addition to the teaching staff, Helasita Secondary School has around 15 support staff members who contribute to the smooth functioning of the institution.
